Buyer’s Inspections
Purchasing a home is a costly endeavor and gathering all the information possible is a supremely wise investment. With a buyer’s inspection, our licensed inspectors will perform a comprehensive investigation to find any defects, needed repairs, or causes for future concern. Having someone with the knowledge and experience to find these problems has the potential to save you large sums or prevent you from making an unsound investment.

Pre-listing / sellers Inspection
Prior to listing a home for sale, it’s important that you are made aware of the current condition of the home and give potential buyers an accurate and honest assessment of the home’s value. Using this Inspection you can find any needed overhauls or troubles before you list the property, allowing you to make necessary repairs or disclose to future buyers.

New construction
Before the conclusion of any new construction, this inspection permits the inspector to view many components and structures before completion of a contract. Hiring an unbiased professional assures you that the home has been built to the correct standards is highly recommended. This will ensure that any future troubles with the construction won’t come out of your pocket at a later date.

New Construction Phase Inspections
This inspection service is offered so that home-buyers can stay up to date on the quality of their prospective home’s construction as it’s being built. We can inspect the home at multiple phases, catching mistakes or poor construction practices as they occur so that corrections can be made in a timely manner.

Pre-drywall Inspection
This service is a specialty that Skyline Home Inspection has a large amount of experience in. We perform this inspection while the internal structure remains exposed giving us a perfect vantage to the structural integrity of the building. Our background gives us an exceptional understanding of what to look for in these situations and we have helped many of our past clients prevent potentially disastrous outcomes without our intervention.

11-month/builders warranty Inspection
Most new construction homes offer a 12-month warranty. The 11 Month Warranty Inspection is performed before the warranty expires guaranteeing that any applicable issues or needed repairs can be made before your warranty term expires.

Re-Inspections
After completion of the initial inspection, a re-inspection is performed to validate that every issue addressed during the primary inspection have been properly addressed or repaired.

Radon Testing
We perform Radon Testing to confirm the safety of a home and check for the presence of any radon gas. Our inspectors are certified to make these measurements and give you satisfaction in the safety of your property.

Barns / Detached Structures
Some properties have other buildings on the property such as a barn or other detached structures. It is important to inspect these structures as it is part of the investment you are making and could lead to costly repairs and maintenance.

Mold, Air Samples, & Bio Tape tests
For this inspection service, we’ll comprehensively test a home for mold, providing you with a detailed analysis so that you can take action for mold removal if necessary. Mold is but one issue that can affect indoor quality. There are other allergens such as pet dander and other chemicals. We’re able to test a home’s air for several contaminants that you’ll want to know about before closing on a purchase so that you can request for the problem to be addressed by the seller.
